Artistic Coordinator

Role: You will identify possible artistic collaborators to the Talking the Coast project. Collaborations can be virtual or coincide with local talks - your own creativity will determine the scope of possible partnerships! You will actively search for and reach out to possible collaborators and liaise with participating artists. You will report directly to the Director and assist them in choosing which artists we invite to get on board. You will develop enticements for artists to participate and liaise with our Grants Coordinator to identify ways to procure funds.

Requirements: You have a background in the arts and are passionate about the marine environment or vice versa. You have a keen eye for design, a keen ear for music and the ability to recognise artistic quality. You are creative and comfortable thinking outside of the box. You are friendly, outgoing and polite.

The Plover Rovers are a charity dedicated to enhancing ocean literacy and empowering coastal communities through delivering exciting scientific talks all along the English Coast Path.

We are a registered charity in England and Wales (1189992).
