Environmental Psychology Adviser

As a charity who wants to play its part in creating transformative change by helping to (re-)connect people to their natural environment by means of getting them in touch with marine science, we are keen to work with people who can bring their formal background in environmental psychology into our project to ensure that our messaging is always at its most effectful.

Role: As an Environmental Psychology Adviser you will for example proof read content to ensure effective messaging, provide help to fellow volunteers and Walker-Talkers in optimizing their communication strategies, ensure our talks are designed to foster transformative change etc.

You are encouraged to make this role your own and devise creative ways of bringing this important content across - you could offer webinars or live question-and-answer sessions, create slide-shows which you make available through our social media, create How-to YouTube videos, write articles...

Requirements: You will have a background as a student or practicioner in the field of social psychology, environmental psychology, psychology for behaviour change or similar.
